Flamingo BlazeDraft for review

Six ways our website could look

Each direction is a working homepage for the team, built from the same brand and the same content. Open them, click around, try them on your phone, then tell us which one feels most like Flamingo Blaze.

  1. Open any direction from the cards below.

  2. Use the bar at the bottom of every design to jump between them, or press [ and ].

  3. Names, results and links are placeholders. Judge the look and the feel, not the facts.

The directions

What each one is for, how it opens, and the one thing it does that the others don't.

The Story

The team's story told in chapters that follow padel scoring: 15, 30, 40, game. Cinematic and brand-led.

Opens with
A live padel court that plays rallies on its own, with real padel scoring. Visitors can tap to smash a winner.
Stand-out
Brush lettering that wipes in, a squad that scrolls sideways, and a story that lights up word by word.
Look
Archivo wide italic with a brush marker face. Court blue, flamingo pink, night.
Open The Story

A. Matchday

The homepage as TV sports graphics. Built for fans and opponents who want the fixture, the table and the form.

Opens with
A live countdown to the next match beside a padel court that draws itself. "Add to calendar" downloads a real invite.
Stand-out
Every result drawn set by set as pink and blue bars, plus the league table.
Look
Schibsted Grotesk. Cool white, ink, court blue, flamingo.
Open Matchday

B. Clubhouse

Warm, loud and social. Built to turn curious visitors into Sunday guests and new players.

Opens with
"Fancy a game?" in chunky poster type, next to a booking card: pick a night, your level, how many of you.
Stand-out
A club night told as a timeline from arrival to drinks, sessions as tickets, and a "New to padel?" FAQ.
Look
Bowlby One with Work Sans. Flamingo, plum, ember, sky, blush.
Open Clubhouse

C. Collector

The squad as a deck of trading cards. Puts the players first, and shines once we have real photos.

Opens with
A fanned deck of eight cards. Hover for a foil shimmer, tap to flip a card for stats.
Stand-out
Shirt numbers as the main graphic, and a blank "this card could be yours" card for recruiting.
Look
Big Shoulders Display with Hanken Grotesk. Concrete, ink, flamingo, court, ember.
Open Collector

D. Rally

The homepage is a game. Play one game against Flamingo Blaze, then get invited to the real thing.

Opens with
A padel court seen from above. Your racket at the bottom, ours at the top. Miss once and the ball comes back off your glass, just like real padel.
Stand-out
Real padel scoring with the golden point, and an end screen that says "Challenge us for real".
Look
Unbounded with Instrument Sans. Deep blue, court, glass, flamingo, ember.
Open Rally

E. Monday Nights

The Story and Matchday combined, built around the real franchise: Second Serve League, every Monday at Padel@9 in Lenasia.

Opens with
The Story's loading animation and live court, then a countdown to the next Monday 18:30 beside a drawn Padel@9 court. "Add to calendar" downloads the fixture.
Stand-out
A 3D 2026 kit you can turn, with all five kit sponsors on it. The season's rounds and the ten drafted players slide sideways as you scroll, plus the league table and a sponsor wall.
Look
The Story's fonts and colours: Archivo wide italic, brush marker, court blue, flamingo pink, night.
Open Monday Nights

Side by side

The trade-offs at a glance. Parts can be mixed, for example Rally's game above Clubhouse's booking card.

What every direction keeps

Lessons from studying the best sports websites, applied to all five.

One memorable moment

Each design has exactly one thing people will talk about: a court, a countdown, a card deck, a game.

Padel's own language

Court lines, glass walls, revés and drive, golden points. Nothing a generic sports template would have.

The next match up front

When and where we play next is never more than one scroll away.

Joining is easy

Every design ends in one clear action: challenge us, book a spot, or come and train.

Our crest, our colours

Flamingo pink and court blue throughout, with the crest as the anchor.

No pop-ups

Nothing jumps in front of the page when it opens. Works on phones and with reduced motion.
